Drink more water

Health

The body of an adult is 60% water. Every day, it spends an average of more than 2 liters of it. We all know that drinking water is great for our bodies, but many people forget to drink enough. It is good to remember that some foods (fruits and vegetables) hydrate the body, while others (alcohol) dehydrate it. It is recommended to drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day.
The sensation of thirst is already a sign of dehydration, so remember to drink throughout the day.

Eat more whole grains

If we find cereals almost everywhere in our diet (flour, bread, rice, pancakes, breakfast cereals, pizza, pasta), it is more interesting to choose whole grains. They are much more satisfying than others and help to avoid snacking, they contain more vitamins and minerals and improve digestive comfort. Finally, they would have a real impact on the reduction of chronic diseases such as diabetes or cardiovascular diseases.
